Responsible Gaming 800mt –
A Safe Guide for Malaysian Players

Responsible gaming — or in the context of a platform like 800mt, often referred to as "responsible gaming" — refers to a mindful, controlled and informed approach to engaging with any form of online gambling entertainment. It is not about stopping you from having fun — it is about ensuring that fun remains within healthy boundaries and does not affect other, far more important areas of your life.

Many Malaysian players who use 800mt approach gaming the right way — as after-work entertainment, much like watching the Malaysia Super League or EPL, playing badminton or unwinding with e-sports video games. They set a clear budget, play within set time limits and never wager money they cannot afford to lose. This is the model we fully champion at 800mt.

That said, we also recognise that for a small number of individuals, gaming can become a problem when left unchecked. That is why 800mt invest seriously in building a comprehensive responsible gaming infrastructure — not because we are required to, but because we genuinely care about the wellbeing of every member who trusts our platform with their time and money.

At 800mt, responsible gaming is not merely a section in an official document. It is a core value that underpins every platform design decision, service policy and the way we interact with our members. Our philosophy is built on three key pillars:

First — Full Transparency: 800mt believes that an informed player is a safer player. We display the winning odds (RTP — Return to Player) for every game clearly, provide session statistics you can review at any time, and never hide relevant information behind convoluted language. Video slots such as those found in the 800mt operates using an independently certified RNG — meaning every round is completely random and there are no "patterns" that can be predicted or exploited. We want you to understand this clearly before you start playing.

Second — Power in the Player's Hands: We designed all control tools 800mt to be easily accessible, easy to understand and effective immediately. You do not need to contact the support team or wait for approval to set deposit limits, loss limits or activate a self-exclusion break. All these tools are available directly in your account settings — because we believe the power to control your gaming experience should rest entirely in your hands, not ours.

Third — Unconditional Support: 800mt never judges, questions or obstructs any member who wishes to use responsible gaming features. You do not need to justify why you want to set a lower limit, take a break or self-exclude. Your decision is fully respected and carried out without delay. Our support team is also specially trained to handle responsible gaming discussions with empathy and without judgement.

We are also committed to never sending marketing communications to members who are currently in a self-break or self-exclusion period. No bonus promotions, no special offers, no reminders to return — until the designated period has fully ended and you yourself choose to return to the platform. 800mt.

Recognising the early signs of a gambling problem is the most important first step towards getting the help you need. 800mt encourages all members to check in with themselves honestly and regularly. Here are the important questions you should ask yourself:

Activating responsible gaming tools at 800mt is straightforward and can be done in under two minutes. Here are the steps for each key tool we provide:

In addition to the technical tools we provide, here are ten practical tips from the 800mt to help you maintain a healthy, enjoyable and sustainable gaming experience over the long term:

• Set a budget before you play — Decide how much MYR you are willing to spend on entertainment today before you open your account. 800mt. Stick to that budget without exception.
• Treat losses as the cost of entertainment — Just as you would pay for a cinema ticket or concert, money you deposit at 800mt is to purchase an entertainment experience — not as an investment or source of income.
• Avoid playing when you are emotionally unstable — After an extremely stressful day, following an argument, or when you are feeling low, your gaming decisions may not be rational. Take time to calm down first.
• Take regular breaks during gaming sessions — Every 30–45 minutes, give your eyes and mind a rest. Get up, drink some water, stretch. This helps you stay focused and make better decisions.
• Do not chase losses — Losing is a normal part of gaming. If you have reached today's loss limit, stop and come back tomorrow with a fresh mind.
• Do not play while intoxicated or drowsy — Both states impair your judgement and can lead you to make wagering decisions you will later regret.
• Balance your time between 800mt and other activities — Slots, live casino and sports at 800mt is most enjoyable when it is a small part of a balanced life — not your sole source of entertainment.
• Understand the games you play — Take the time to understand how a game works, its winning odds and basic rules before playing with real money. Demo games are available for this purpose.
• Use the Touch 'n Go or DuitNow deposit limit — You can set a monthly limit within your own e-wallet account as an additional layer of control, independent of the tools provided by 800mt.
• Tell someone you trust — Sharing your gaming habits with a partner, family member or trusted friend is one of the most effective ways to stay accountable and receive support when needed.

800mt takes the protection of minors from gambling extremely seriously. Our platform is exclusively for individuals aged 21 years of age and above without exception. We implement multiple layers of protection to ensure full compliance:

• Mandatory age verification during the new account registration process
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process requiring a valid Malaysian identity card copy
• An automated detection system that flags accounts showing suspicious usage patterns related to age
• A zero-tolerance policy against registration using false information — including the use of another adult's details
• No free games may be played without prior account registration and verification.

We also encourage parents and guardians who share devices with children to use parental control software on those devices to prevent unintended access to the platform. 800mt. If you suspect that a minor is using an 800mt, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for prompt action.

If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling-related issues, the most important thing to know is that help is available — and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness. 800mt fully supports every member who takes this courageous step.
